- If you agree with the fee estimate, sign the Engagement Letter and email/fax.
- Complete our Questionnaire and provide us with any necessary documents by email/fax. Do not send us the original documents. Please make a photocopy and also try to send us the complete package as possible. Incomplete information will only delay finalizing your return.
- Provide us with additional information if requested.
- Receive from us a pdf file of your draft copy and fee schedule by email. (five business days after receiving your complete set of information.)
- Review and confirm the draft.
- Complete your payment to us. Refer to Payment method on this page.
- Receive from us a final copy by your choice of email or Fedex/UPS.(extra mailing charge: $25)
- If you are qualified to e-file, we will ask you to sign Form 8879 and email/fax to us.
- If you are not qualified to e-file, sign your return and mail to the tax authorities. Detailed instruction will be delivered to you with your final return.

We ask all the clients to sign this document before starting our service. As a Circular 23 regulated tax professional, we are required to comply with IRS rules. Please read through and sign this document before sending it to us.

The spreadsheet format document enables us to understand your filing situations. When you open the file, please save it and take time to answer necessary questions. You may not need to open all the pages depending on your filing situations.

File encryption
When exchanging files between you and us, the files are encrypted and require a password for decryption. If you do not have Winzip, you can download 7 zip file compression software which is similar to Winzip. It is free to download to anyone since it is an open source software. Here's a site for downloading.

Three payment options are avialable.
- US bank check or international money order in US $ - Must be drawn on a U.S bank, even if the account is in US dollars.
- Bank wire transfer. Additional bank fee of $15 will be charged

E-file>
We attemp to e-file your return as much as possible. However, not all returns are eligible to e-file. All returns with a foreign address cannot be e-filed. If you need to file Form 1116 to claim foreign tax credit together with Form 2555, your return will not likely be e-filed, since it requires explanatory calculation of reduction amount. Also all the prior year returns cannot be e-filed. We will provide you the correct address to mail your returns.
